Return Policy


MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY:
We have a two (2) day jewelry return policy. This means you have 48 hours from the time a package is delivered to complete a return. You will receive a full refund (not including shipping) if the item(s) is properly packaged, in its original condition, and  is shipped back within 48 hours of  package delivery in the same manner the item(s) was originally shipped, including the same carrier and method. This quick turnaround policy insures the integrity and timeliness of our inventory for all our customers.

We have a seven (7) day full price clothing, shoes and handbag return policy.  This means you have seven (7) days from the time a package is delivered to complete a return. You will receive a full refund (not including shipping) if the item(s) is properly packaged, in its original condition, and is shipped back within seven (7) days of package delivery in the same manner the item(s) was originally shipped, including the same carrier method. This quick turnaround policy insures the integrity and timeliness of our inventory for all our customers. 

Ready to wear, shoes and bag returns more than seven (7) days after purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.  All returned or exchanged merchandise must have tags attached. All return shoes must be in original box with dusters and be unworn.  

All store credits are valid ninety (90) days from the day it was issued.  

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
Please email info@choicespittsburgh.com with your order number and reason for returning. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Orders may require an adult signature (21 years of age or above) upon delivery.

Fine jewelry can not be shipped or be in transit during weekends.


EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain categories of items cannot be returned. These include custom products such as special orders, personalized items and made to order items.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


EXCHANGES:
Once you return the purchased item, and the return is accepted, you will need to make a separate purchase for the new item, if available.


REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be made automatically, via your original payment method.  Please consider that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

FORCE MAJEURE:                                                                                                                                Choicespittsburgh.com will not be held responsible for consequences beyond its control, including but not limited to strike, war, sabotage, catastrophes, extreme market situations, government actions, criminal activities, major accidents, or blockades.
